A Look Back on 2024 and Happy Holidays.

Happy Holidays and End of Year Rant

 

 (Yes I realized that I put 'when' twice.  I'm leaving it there as a reflection of how tiring this year was.)

Hello its been a while. (would have been even longer if it weren’t for that bullshit with the Godot community Moder-censor-ator)

So it’s that time of the year again to look back and reflect on all the crap and (lack of) progress I’ve made at the end of the year. I’m going to break this down into two parts.

First part will be about game dev and the second part will be about world affairs, politics and other seemingly inescapable bullshit.

The Game Dev Stuff:

A small amount of work was done on ‘I couldn't become a farmer’. But IIRC this was just a bug fix and an update to the ‘tug of war’ HUD that I forgot to implement before the last release. Nothing worthy of an update/upload.

Up until March this year I was coasting fairly well. Then various things happened, mostly with payment processors taking a hard stance against ‘porn’. This caused me to reassess the direction my game dev journey and possible direction(s) my career should go.

I decided to work on a title that would be ‘all-ages’ while I cleared my head. But ultimately the damage done by being lumped in together with Only Fans and other real life problems took the wind right out of my sails. (Come to think, I don’t even know if OF was seriously affected by the credit card companies)

I began to procrastinate again. So I decided to try a self made game jam.

This game is using already existing assets that were made for the game that was suppose to come after Project Magi War. It would be based off a game on Steam called Arrow a Row (which is based off of those fake game YouTube adds). It will also share a similar title to the predecessor of Magi War and have similar themes too.

Progress was going good until I decided that I wanted my own custom font.. I had only done a numerical font before so my brain forgot to warn me that there are a lot of other character in the english alphabet.

There was a fair bit of trial and error, some of the tools changed, some of the methods changed. It took me a while to bring myself up to speed, and even longer to model and configure each letter and symbol. But in the end I managed to make a custom font.

This one asset took me about 2 months to make. Not really a waste of time as I wanted to make this asset eventually for that project after Magi War.

With the font finally complete I started working on my game jam project again. So far only some extra work has been done on the UI (mainly integrating the font that I just made)

My game dev has sort of taken a back seat at the moment though, because I’ve been getting preoccupied by 3D printing lately.

That’s more or less my game dev progress for 2024.

The Reflection, Political and Other Real Life Stuff:

Last year I stated that for once in a long time I felt optimistic about the future. I still do, but it feels like this prologue has been very long winded and mundane to the point of me going comatose. I feel like I’m living the meme ‘Why are we still here? Just to suffer?’.

The American election sort of went on without any hiccups. I don’t think we saw any ‘mostly peaceful protest’ like last time. And all the low IQ reverberators of the main stream corporate owned media establishment have become nothing more than mosquito sounding background noise. The crazy woke ‘left’ seem to have blown their load during the bullshit p(l)andemic, and they don’t have the energy to go for a second round.

The vibe I feel is less like the climax to a scene from and action movie and more like a responsible parent (finally) scolding their child.

The next group of people taking up the seats of power in the United States resembles a coalition, instead of a typical conservative government (or Trumpism as the MSM likes to put it). This is actually a really good thing, as I think the typical wedge issues are kind of tone deaf to the real problems that are affecting most of the western world. This also introduces diverse elements like RFK and Elon Musk.

I’m not so sure about Musk but RFK was a really necessary installment. Both the industrial military complex and the industrial medical complex need to be challenged. Both these entities have become undemocratically big, and it’s time to bring them down a peg.

We’ll see what happens. But I don’t think I could ask for a better cabinet to represent the free world.

I’ll just say that I’m eager to see the outcome of what is in store for us. One thing is for sure, change is finally happening. The long painful stagnation is coming to an end.

Here in Canada we are still being dictated to by a crackerjack dictator who’s only power is to humiliate us until our unpopularity numerically matches our massive national debt and deficit..

Castro Jr’s right hand bailed on him just a few days ago. A development I am not unhappy with. Chrystia (Un)freeland’s only skills were, constantly taking in a condescending tone with all Canadians and allowing the government to spend wayyyyyyyyy into the negative numbers.

We will likely be seeing more rats jump the ship in the next few weeks as the MASSIVE housing bubble pops and makes the Japanese asset bubble of the 80’s look like one of those kiddie toy soapy water bottles with the little hoop that is part of the bottle cap.

To throw an ignorant theory to the wind, it feels like Castro’s bastard son is just being left in power right now as a sponge to soak up all the bad outcomes of all the brokenness in the Canadian political system. (not that he doesn't deserve it)

The cuts are already happening, and will likely get deeper and more intense as time moves forward. The bright side is we will see opportunity come back to Joe Average once again, as massive unproductive zombie systems are finally allowed to die and new growth is allowed to flourish instead of being trampled on.

Credit card companies taking a hard stance against adult entertainment is somewhat a surprise. It’s hard to tell what is going on and who is pushing what. For the longest time they have remained natural but now they are taking questionable actions against certain companies that makes me wonder just who is trying to do what.

Not too long ago they decided to stop payments of a dating site in Japan that was directed to Otaku (Anime and game enthusiast). This action was crossing the Rubicon and actually incited a fierce reaction from Japanese government officials. I don’t know what the outcome will be from this, but I’m kind of happy that push-back is finally happening.

It’s very hard to tell who the credit card companies are trying to appease at this point. On one hand it looks like the typical assholes on the ‘left’ purging anything that is not part of the ‘holy’ Only Fans complex and promotes ‘white heterosexuality’. And on the other it looks like the crazy religious ‘right’ thinkers that wants men to put down their rods and pick up a wife.

I’m too preoccupied at this point to even try and make sense of what is happening. If this is an attempt by the ‘right’ to get men to ‘put down their toys’, save the women and children, then I regret to inform them that this will not work.

First off, artistic illustrative works are not the same as porn. Nothing made purely with a ‘pen and paper’ is of consequence to reality, unless someone decides to make it so. And porn creation and consumption is a symptom of constraints and stresses in society.

Artistic work done without the use of people as props (ie porn stars) should not be lumped together with traditional porn in the first place. The main difference is there are (typically) no live actors. Nothing being seen or heard is of consequence as no one is actually engaging in behavior that would leave a lasting impression or harm on that person. Unlike real porn where there are people that are actually coming into contact with each other in an intimate way.

There are numerous ways this kind of art can be interpreted. Blocking or banning is not progress as some stories can only be told by ‘going down that road’.

Yes, you can make reasonable argument for addiction, but it’s been my observation that addiction is not about the vice itself and more a symptom of something else that is broken. (I’ll get to what I feel is broken later)

And no, violent video games do not statistically make people violent or encourage any other destructive behaviors. What artwork can do is enable discussion. Some of the discussion can be uncomfortable, and even put into question things that were taken for granted.

However I see this as a good thing. I think reviewing things from time to time is not a bad idea. If done properly can be a good time to reflect on what has been done and will be done in the future. Important lessons sometimes need a review. The spirit of the law is sometimes more important than the rule of the law. Without reflecting on what is being done, and the outcome. It is easy to lose sight of what the original goal was in the first place.

Second, while I think that being a porn star is a terrible career choice for a woman, this is still a choice that woman should be allowed to make in a free democratic society.

Third, saving ‘the children’ is the parents job.. Society can help if they want. But to maintain freedom for everyone, including the children that will become adults eventually, the parents need to be the vigilant party.

Finally if you want my opinion on some possible solutions, for men to drop their ‘rods’ and get a wife or make women realize that porn is not a peaches and roses career path, here they are:

- Leave fictitious content alone. It’s already categorized as for adults if it contains the typical agitators. And in most cases, is already behind some kind of age gating. Keeping the children away from such content falls on the parents lap. The tools already exist for parents to make their own groups and their own rating boards should they wish to tailor content for their religion, beliefs etc.

- If you really want to stop porn (or make it less popular as a career path for woman), then stop the censorship. Challenge the narrative that sex work is real work. Or that selling your body is stunning and brave.

I don’t know any non – crazy, self respecting man that thinks getting into a long lasting relationship with a woman that has laid with many men is a positive. Make woman realize that when they get older and their youth is gone, that potential husband they chased away with their past behavior is going to be felt in a bad way.

Men who want commitment generally don’t seek out a non-committed attitude. They don’t see someone that sold their most precious asset for a song, as a good thing. They generally see it as a sign of what to expect in their relationship.

I know some will disagree with me and that is fine. Being a former prostitute dose not necessarily mean you will not find a partner and have a good life. The point I’m trying to get at is, a woman's sexual experience is almost never viewed as an asset when seeking a relationship. Experience can be acquired in a less destructive way, and without all the baggage that typically comes with someone that has worked in the field of prostitution.

This is kind of a moot point as establishment media that had the stranglehold on general society is starting to wane. Men are no longer as skittish about stating their preference in public. And all the soy driven MSM crap is starting to buckle under the pressure of logical talking points.

- No more fake DEI jobs. This is kind of a moot point too, as the coming economic crash is going to wipe all this nonsense out anyway.

It’s fine if the women wants to work the same job, hours, conditions as men do. But they should not be encouraged to aim for unrealistic dream ‘jobs’. Or incomes that are not deserved by the position sought or held.

- No more baby daddies. Make child support payments only for the children. Since the woman is suppose to be ‘strong and independent’, then she can pay for her rent, food, cloths etc and her 50% share of the child support.

Men need to feel secure that the woman they are with is not going to bail on them for frivolous reasons and use a slanted system that favors woman against them.

Having a neutral audit system for child support payments is a good way to keep things honest.

I know that opponents of this will cite abuse cases being the reason the man should pay more. And maybe that is a valid point. But the result of the system trying to play referee in practice has just defaulted to throwing men under the buss. If the man is an abuser he is likely going to jail anyway.

It’s the woman’s duty to vet the man they will have children with. Life is not perfect and there will be some cases that fall though the cracks. 50/50 no compromises.

- Free and discrete paternity test. (Already an option in some places, mandated in others)

Men should be allowed to have paternity test available. In fact it would be good if such a thing was not looked down upon. I understand that not having the mans trust can be hurtful, but this is one of the cost of being free and independent. Also if you’re a woman with a man that is on the nervous side of the spectrum, this is a way for you to put his anxiety to rest.

I don’t agree with making it mandatory as that can lead to another kind of abuse. But having such a thing knowingly available should keep most bad actors on their toes and give men confidence that their ‘strong and independent’ woman is not going to make them an ATM for some other mans child.

Paternity fraud also needs to have severe consequences, not just for the real father, but the mother as well. Chad needs to pay up for all the ‘foster’ father lost financially along with the ‘mother’.

Make long term lasting marriage great again!

I could go on for hours, but I’ll just end it here. Most of the woes of society are going to level out in the coming years anyway. So I’m not overly worried when it comes to the interactions between men and woman.

And finally.

As previously mentioned, my free time has been preoccupied by 3D printing as of late. So My game dev productivity has taken a hit. When I finally burn myself out of ‘filament’, I’ll skip back in and probably keep working on my game jam project.

Godot and the Crazy Green Haired Power Tripper

 

(Rambly wall O text warning)

Since I use Godot as my primary game engine, I felt that my thoughts on the matter should be posted on a public forum.

Many moons ago I started on my game dev journey. I began with Unity because it met most of the criteria I was looking for in a game engine.

Shortly after I purchased a Unity 5 license, they decided that things were going too good for them, so they hired an EX CEO of Electronic Arts to ‘improve’ things…. (I know I’m being hyperbolic, but I don’t care)

Unity then changed from a pay once per version license to a subscription. I very much dislike subscriptions as I feel it’s very much like ‘ask big brother if you can use the tools to make your game when he allows you to’. Also subscriptions are a lot like that scene in Star Wars when Vader said ‘pray I don’t alter them further’.

I saw the writing on the wall and decided it was time to part ways from Unity, which was kind of hard as I had just started to become competent in its use. But I figured that it they changed the way people would pay to use Unity commercially, then there was nothing stopping the new CEO from making more ‘changes’. (And yes, I called it!)

So my journey to find a new game engine began. My first obvious option was Game Maker. But dropped that idea when I found out that I would have to connect to the internet to ‘validate’ my license constantly. Freedom of use is very important to me and I want to be able to use my tools without checking in with the ‘parole officer’.

I don’t remember if I tried other game engines, but one sort of just popped out from the rest. The blue robot looked a little tacky but the interface felt decent and there were several tutorials to help me start.

The engine was a good match and it was open source. Which gave me confidence that I wouldn't see another EA sabotage.

As the saying goes, if there is a will, there is a way. And the disturbed, mentally and emotionally unstable, always find a way to make life uncomfortable for those that just want to be left alone.

Last week my feed on YouTube was getting folded with news of a ‘community manager’ flexing their authority to ban and silence those that they deem below them.

So to summarize what I learned:

-The ‘community manager’ for the official Godot Twitter account posted a politically ‘Left’ leaning comment as a reply to a totally unrelated post on another Twitter account.

-The ‘community manager’ started a banning spree, not only banning members for ‘hateful comments’, but also banning members for simple criticism such as request to stop bringing up wedge political issues on a game engine forum.

-An unofficial account for Godot on Discord had problems too as a moderator partook in similar activity for similar criticism.

-This kind of ‘over moderation’ has been going on for quite some time, and current events just happen to be the straw that broke the camels back.

The Godot ‘spokesman’ would then respond to the controversy with a non-apology, apology.

So basically a hateful and spiteful individual that enjoys hiding behind the ‘rainbow shield’ kept their job and the victimized have to go through a somewhat time consuming and arguably invasive process to get themselves un-banned. Assuming they are even allowed to be un-banned….

As a full supporter of free speech I find the official statement to be disheartening. Sometimes it’s hard to tell if someone really supports obvious bad policies in the name of social justice, or they are just too much a coward to stand up to the bully (yes this is bullying, I don’t care if it’s in the name of goodness and justness). Having lived through the bullshit p(l)andemic I’m leaning on the latter. People become stupid and cowardly when they face potential ostracization from the collective.

I learned a long time ago that you don’t win arguments by banning people you don’t agree with. You put forth your best argument in the most coherent and simple to understand way. A lot of times I can tell when I can’t change the mind of the person I’m arguing with, but that doesn't stop me from putting forth my best arguments and supporting facts. If anything it lets anyone else that is ‘listening’ in on the conversation to hear my take on things and understand where I am coming from.

Squelching and banning have become far too common method of silencing rational people. It’s hilarious that these people that get offended so easily in the online sphere somehow manage to find the ignore button when they are the ones in power, but complain that they are powerless to personalty silence people the don’t want to hear. Most social media allow the end user to personally block a user that they do not want to listen to.

It’s very obvious that these people are just using the protected status of the various ‘minority’ groups to get their jolly’s by harassing the people they don’t like. They quickly check off all the boxes, arise to power and then bully others. They enter spaces of hobbies and activities that they obviously don’t care for and once they get in, start forcing change through coercion and intimidation. If they actually cared for the hobbies and activities they become a part of, their mindset would be very different. Game doesn't have enough ‘representation’? Make your own game (and I’m not saying this to be an ass. I really mean it). Personally I think that 99 percent of these people just want the attention. They don’t care what kind it is.

I believe that these people are not only, not helping the minority groups they claim to be a part of, but they are actually causing more damage long term. The type of behavior that is being allowed to pass is outright antagonistic, at some point the dam is going to break. Public opinion will shift and it will likely shift very quickly. No one if going to remember the quiet gay couple that just wanted to be left alone. Instead they are going to remember the abuse they suffered at the hands of the multi color haired, emotionally unstable crazy person that claimed to be a part of that group and all the supporters that enabled these people to enact this abuse. Their real opponents will take full advantage of the situation to push their own agenda.

One thing is for sure, the Godot dev team needlessly tarnished their reputation for the sake of the colorful haired, emotionally unstable power tripper.

If it were me, I would have let the community manager go, apologized for the senseless and hurtful banning’s, then un-ban everyone and pick up the pieces later.

For the time being I will continue to use Godot. The reasons for this is:

-It is very difficult to just change engines on the fly. The next engine I pick up will probably be easier to use as I’m getting more proficient in general, but I still don’t feel like starting from square one right now.

-The problems seem to be isolated to their social media for the time being. I don’t overly care for Twitter in general, and as long as I can ask question and get help, this wont effect me directly.   (Also I'm banned on Twitter...)

-There will always be bad days. Not one company exists that has had a clean run with no issues. No matter where you run, problems will always find you. If you lose your cool every time something happens, you will be running forever.

A fork of Godot called Redot gained a fair amount of renown during all of this. I won’t jump on it right away for the above reasons. But I will follow its development with interest.

I won’t comment on the unofficial Discord and the other unhinged crazy over there. Even though the Discord was used somewhat officially at one point, it has been let loose and replaced with an official outlet to the best of my knowledge. But I imagine you will probably know how I feel on the topic regardless the lack of commentary.…

The Overreach of Payment Processors and the Future of NSFW Content.

Even though I don’t have much of a following, I believe that silence is one of the greatest enablers of tyranny. So I will speak, even if it’s just into an empty void.

                                                                                                                                                         

Over the past few weeks I’ve been hearing a fair bit about payment processors, namely MasterCard and Visa doing full crackdowns on NSFW artiest. This has caused several middle men like Patreon and Gumroad, places I considered using to fund my future game development journey, to toe the de-fund the anime tiddies line. I believe the justifications given for this change is to save ‘the children’ (how original).

While crack downs on ‘immoral' words, thoughts and arts like this is nothing new, I have the feeling we as artiest and customers are heading for a showdown between freedom of artistic expression/consumption to a new revisiting of shaming people who like strange different things and ‘dangerous’ thoughts that some would try to convince you is outside the sphere of ‘normal’.  IE: it's not popular and it makes some people feel uncomfortable, so let's ban it.

The reason I believe this time is different, is I have been observing an ever growing trend since the start and end of the state of emergency over the last 4ish years. There has been a very visible uptick in the tired old trend of ‘won’t someone please think of the children?!’. The crazy woke left has lost a lot of political and social pull over this time and the power vacuum has begun to fill with the crazy religious right. A trend I believe is intentional and motivated by the same bad actors who profit greatly by having people fight with each other, all while they rob them from their blind spot.

At any rate, I don’t feel like going down too many rabbit holes about the inner clockwork that has brought about this change, and simply want to just state my case to why I feel this will lead to nothing good.

The arguments usually given, is for the well being of ‘the children’ and in some cases (if they can shoehorn it in) women too. Its been my observation all throughout my life that when someone brings up women and children as a reason or defense in an argument, they often don’t have any solid ground to impose their claims. This is a very dirty tactic as they know most people deep down do not wish harm on the vulnerable, and don’t want to be seen by their peers as such.

Thankfully we have a wonderful tool called the internet. And while some people may think the internet was a mistake, I feel this is by far the greatest of weapons against tyranny that any single person can use. In the past one would have to worry about getting stoned in the street, but on here we can say what we want without fear of such reprisal in most cases.

Anyway the idea that anime characters drawn on digital paper causes harm to the aforementioned is absurd. The most convincing arguments that I heard are:

                                                                           

‘It makes people violent criminals’. No it does not. This is the same argument as violent video games (music, books, etc) make people violent/do criminal acts. This is as easy to disprove as looking at the sales figures for games like Grand Theft Auto. If there were any reasonable backing for the above claim, we would be in serious trouble given the sheer popularity of the above mentioned title. Besides, there is no social activity without sin. Every social activity that has ever been done, has at one time been used as a proxy for someones bad conduct. The only reason this argument has any social standing is because video games are a relatively new medium.

‘It corrupts the minds of people, especially the CHILDREN!’. When you decided to have children you should have done a cost/work analysis. A lot of us that indulge in NSFW content often do so BECAUSE we have done the cost/work analysis. Your job as a parent is to keep your child from wandering off into places you don’t want them in. Producers, Customers and Vendors usually put tags and labels on these kind of things. This, I honestly see as a courtesy because it has never been easier for someone to read a review or do a search on anything, enabling the end user great freedom to curate their own lives to the finest detail.

There is no excuse for letting your child run around unsupervised. They do not need to wander around the internet and they do not need a smartphone with full internet access. If you provided it for them, you police their conduct. Your child will grow up in a few years anyway, it is nonsensical to think we should make far sweeping changes for an issue that will remedy itself in that time. And for all you know, at some point sanctions like this may even impede your, now grown up child's, adult life.

I grew up in a time period were parents would plop their kids in front of an R rated slasher film. The world did not come to an end and most of us did not grow up to become Freddy Kruger. I may be going out on a limb here, but I’m fairly certain your child will survive in the unfortunate event of seeing anime titties, should your valiant efforts as a care giver and guardian fails.

The next argument(s) I often hear are more specific to anime styled artwork. Whereas it is often cited that characters look too young, and thus must be children (and yes I’m getting tired of typing this word). And because of this, the story that has this art style attached to it, warps and twists into something that will cause the end of civilization.. Unless you are writing the next installment of the Game of Thrones series.. (I guess because George doesn't use the anime art style he can get away with everything)

There is also character archetypes used that employ traits often found in children (typically referred to as ‘loli’). Although these traits can be used to illustrate a child character, more often than not, they are less about the characters age and more about portraying a character with exceptional vulnerability or very defined immature mental traits.

The opponents of anime artwork will also claim that depicting a child character in a violent/degrading situation will create ‘problems’. Most stories that use elements like this I feel the author is actually trying to make the viewer uncomfortable. I believe it is similar to the horror genre, you are not suppose to be ‘happy’ or ‘comfortable’. And more often than not, it actually works.  Some people appreciate these bitter emotions.

At any rate, the only 'problems' I've personally observed is people acting irrational an immature because they  can't handle their own mental state.  Most of the time I believe this behavior is caused by the viewers own guilt.  As they feel they may have crossed the line, they frantically throw everyone else under the metaphorical buss in an attempt to somehow exonerate themselves of, supposed 'wrong thinking'.

Despite popular belief, adult women come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes the author is just filling the void with diversity (yes, actual diversity). And it is just the viewers jealous ego and dirty mind filling in the imaginary blanks, or trying to prove or dis-prove ‘something’ to someone.

None of the claims I’ve heard are rationally backed. And if you removed the social discomfort, all complaints would quickly become non-issues. And if they personally feel uncomfortable, the best solution is to leave the room and respect those that are not scared to be uncomfortable.

                                                                         

While I’m only doing this as a side hobby for the time being, having limited means to get funding will influence what path I take as a game developer moving forward.

I can’t remember if I mentioned this before, but this current game is actually an edited down version of a game I wanted to make previously.

That game was suppose to be a full fledged farming sim, complete with everything you have come to expect from this genre. The monster girls part was going to be a part-time or full-time profession that your player character could do to earn a living along with farming crops. The monster girls would also be a common part of the story, with several scenes already written in my mind and character interactions including them as an intricate part of the story.

This project took the monster girl ‘job’ part of that game and made it a stand alone experience. This cropped the massive project I had in mind to a more manageable scope, with the limited time I had available to work on game dev. It also provided me with much needed practice with programming using the Godot engine.  I was hoping to get much needed feedback as well.

My original goal was to get the game to a state were I could periodically update it with new items, monster girls and areas. Then I was hoping to start getting some funding via subscription based sites like Patreon. If the money coming in was good, I’d start making plans to do game dev full-time.  Being able to work on game dev full-time would enable me to work on this game and work on other games in the background.

Unfortunately that’s kind of a pipe dream at this point, and I only have so much time to invest. Unless there is a significant change in the course that the payment processors are taking or a viable alternative appears, I’ll have to change course myself if I intend to make game dev my next day job.

So unless something major happens, I will be getting this game to the next release (full gameplay loop). After that I’ll likely start working on the original concept I had in mind, as unlike this game that game can be made SFW. Unfortunate though, as I wanted to graphically illustrate the love and romance with the various marriageable characters. There are also a lot of other things I’ll have to censor, from no on and the foreseeable future....

Suffice to say, things look very depressing to me right now.  As there will never be an end to the demands for censorship, me and many other creators will live under the jackboots of constant fear of being de-funded.

This showdown was bound to happen sooner or later.  Some developers/publishers employed the use of splash screens, making various nonsensical statements such as the fictional characters 'are over 18', which to me sounds a lot like 2+2 = 5.  

The problem with this solution is it tries to evade the 'bully'.  And if you've lived long enough, you know very well you can only evade a bully for so long before they catch up to you.

I feel the real solution is having people stand up and push back.  Something that is very difficult given the social stigma surrounding NSFW content.  It's a good idea to at least acknowledge this problem by posting a couple of words on a public forum.  Comments are like a petition, while they don't immediately do anything, having a show of solidarity will have an effect at some point.  At the very minimum, it lets others know they are not alone.  It also allows big companies that may be to afraid to speak out, konw that they do have their customers support.

There is also the outright hypocrisy that should be pointed out, as sites like Only Fans (basically electronic prostitution) and anything labeled as LBGT+ always seems to get special exemption status.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not here to drag Only Fans or anything LGBT+ down to my level.  I'm just pointing out that if Only Fans (that is outright porn) and LBGT+ get a pass.  While completely factious illustrations usually intended for a hetero sexual male audience gets the ban hammer, if this was about saving anyone the payment processors would be going after everyone equally, regardless of social ramifications.

I hope there is enough of an outcry eventually and maybe even some lawsuits from the big companies like Pixiv.  Otherwise we will eventually move into a very regressive world where freedom of thought and expression will be strictly regulated.

​So the new year is finely here!

I know a lot of shitty things have happened and will happen, but for some reason I feel very hopeful for the future for the first time in a long time. To me it feels like all the metaphorical (and real) dirt and crap that has stagnated the western world for so many years is finely being addressed.

How will it be addressed? How will all this end? Your guess is good as mine. But for me the fact that things are moving again has given me hope for the future!

With that said the big announcement that I wanted to share with all of you is that I finally got accepted as a Steam Partner! I will publish “I Couldn’t Become A Farmer, So I Decided To Capture And Breed Monster Girls Instead.​” on Steam in the near future. (Sorry no store page set up as of yet)

This likely won’t happen immediately as Steam is a little more demanding when it comes to PR material, and that will take me time to make (It makes me appreciate how easy it is to publish to Itch)…. I also want to get the project to my next development goal before publishing to Steam.

This project will still be published to itch as I have a nice audience here and people seem to like the Android build (its been downloaded over a hundred time already!). The game will still remain free on Steam, I’m releasing it there purely for the clout! I’m considering funding alternatives like Patreon and Subscribe Star as I would like to do game dev for a living instead of the current day job down the road.

But I’m still ways off from that as I want to get the game to v1.00 first, iron out as many bugs as I can and build more of an audience.

And with that all said, my next goal will be a full game-play loop! It will likely take me some time to get there as I still have a lot of assets to make and things to program. But I’m confident I’ll get there eventually.

I got quite a bit of work done during the Christmas/New Years break so I’m feeling super satisfied right now!

General Update 2023

It's been  a few months and I've neglected this blog once again.  I don't feel like writing too much so I'll just do a quick summary.

As mentioned in my last post I got my day job back, and as expected I fell off the game dev scene once again.

The game that was suppose to be built off MagiWar got put on hold due to the game getting story/feature creeped and I started work on a new project.  Ya I know it's a common theme at this point.

The new game is called 'I Couldn’t Become A Farmer, So I Decided To Capture And Breed Monster Girls Instead'.  Yes. inspired by various manga titles.  Feels free to take a look at my itch padge.  I recommend checking out my dev logs there as I've been using it more for development related commentary.  https://arkinum.itch.io/

I forgot to make a splash image so I just took a screen shot and put some text on it.

It seems my prediction for the Unity game engine came to fruition.  Micro transactions galore!  Now for as low as 20 cents per install of your free games!!  Thank you Godot for being there for me!

Back to the Daily Grind

So I'm getting my day job back after about 6 months of being kicked out due to the bullshit p(l)andemic.

The health Nazi's are all trying to push the blame on each other and I wouldn't be surprised if I get reimbursed for all the pay that I lost.

The game project I started will likely see less of my time as I know from experience that day jobs tend to drain me.

A Woke Avocado Toast Flavored Dictatorship

 So, since my last update, not only has Castro's love child invoked a state of emergency but he has sent a goon squad to the Ottawa down town core to beat up a very peaceful demonstration.

As someone that has been going to these demonstrations I can say that the main stream media's interpretation is complete bullshit.  Other than some noise pollution, everything has been fine.  Besides this is part of democracy, protest are a thing.  Including the ones you may not agree with.

It's almost like the majority of demonstrators are in a competition to out-nice each other.  If it weren't for the location and context it would almost be creepy.

We have been tortured for the last (nearly) two years with the bullshit plandemic, we deserve to have closure.  Some of us do not want the fucking jab, and since there is a 99 percent recovery rate, this state of emergency and pushing the fucking jab are completely unwarranted.

It's fucking cold down here in Chinada.  The weather induces that leaky nose in myself and several others.  Everyone is hugging and breathing on each other.  Not one fucking comment of bullshit covid in the last 3 weeks!  I keep seeing all the same people!  No one is dying!  And the woke elite parrots have all but shut up about it!

Canada has turned into a bad parody of the Simpsons.

I'll be holding the line with the rest of the Canadians that believe in freedom.

Honk for Freedom!

I figured I should update this blog since I catalogue things outside of game dev.

As some of you may be aware a massive freedom convoy formed here in Canada, and for the first time in several months I feel like the freedom movement is making progress.

Downtown Ottawa has been overrun with transport trucks, tractors and other regular vehicles, essentially plugging up the downtown core, and it's beautiful.

The truckers and massive support for them managed to create enough stink to get Erin the tool booted by his own party, I suspect we will get more of this.  And I'm waiting with subtle anticipation.

I have also been attending a few of these demonstrations.  For the record there is no hate or hate groups.  People are picking up their garbage, smiles, laughter, hugs and all round good spirits.  Any media saying otherwise must have found an isolated group or are just lying.

Anyway I'm still working on my game and currently making tiles.  I made a blog entry over at Itch, so I won't go over it again here.

I found out yesterday that Game Jolt has adopted woke puritanism and now will ban things they don't like (namely anime tiddies).  I won't be doing any updates over there for the foreseeable future.

v6.0 Release

 

The major implementation this time around is the ability to equip dropped weapons.  While this may seem like a very mundane feature, trust me it's a milestone from a game dev perspective.

Since different weapons could now be equipped I had to go back and change how swapping between weapons worked.  Previously I set it so pressing the Q key would cycle though the 3 available weapons, but now that weapons could be changed, I wanted to adhere to the two equipment slot rule.

The HUD also had to be changed.  Originally I had a fairly static way of changing the information on the HUD via specifically crafted functions for each weapon.  Since each slot can now have different equipment, or none, things had to be more dynamic.

I skimped out and just used a Godot panel node and label to make an info box in the inventory.  Other games like Diablo use the mouse to move weapons and items around, so a popup menu works well enough for this kind of deign.  But the inventory system I made is more static in nature and was meant to be used with a game pad or keyboard, so I felt that it would be more appropriate to have a mini HUD in the inventory menu to tell the player what it is they are focused on.  Right now it only shows the stats of items that have been selected (as apposed to showing when the cursor is over the time), but I plan to refine this, if not in this prototype, then in the main game.

The inventory controls have been revised a bit.  I got rid of the use of the C key and set the S key to invoke the exit command when an item is not selected.  I also removed the Z key from the state machine, it was meant to be a temporary way to exit the inventory before the menu, completely forgot about it. 

One of the drawbacks of the inventory system I made is it operates somewhat like Tetris, the 'blocks' are spawned in the upper left corner and then moved inside the inventory.  So I placed several labels in the inventory to designate what area does what.

I also implemented a save system.  Press the P key to save what is in your inventory.  Press the L key to load.  I recommend using this when you start a fresh game, as the save system will not remove anything that was previously gotten.  In its current state I don't recommend using it seriously.

While I still have a lot of polish to do on the enemy's state machine there was a random bug were the enemy's would get suck in the dying state.  I think I managed to get rid of this bug, but since it's kind of random I won't know until there is more testing done.  There was also a problem with the bullets having the wrong vector or the player suddenly snapping in the wrong direction during entering/exiting strafing state which seemed to happen at 'random'.  I think I got this one too.

The next update will probably feature a shop.  I went back to Blender to model a shopkeeper and other assets that I'll need.  I'll also likely work on the dialogue system too, since I want the shop keeper to interact with the player.  I'll probably be in Blender for a while, since I'm getting a little tired of programming and want to do some artwork for a change.

With this release I implemented a wheel menu, the beginnings of an inventory system and trimmed away some of the fat.​

Implementing a wheel menu was fairly easy to do as I have done one before in other demo projects that will likely never see the light of the internets.

The inventory system really had me work my brain.  I downloaded several demo projects and a few tutorials.  Unfortunately they all used code that looked like Greek to me (obviously done by people that know how to program).  Also none of the inventory systems had the functionality that I was looking for.  I'm sure if I was more versed in code I could modify the demo projects, but at this point I just want something that works. 

I took what I knew how to do and worked around my limitations in programming to make the inventory system that I wanted for this project by using bubblegum and raycast2d.  The current implementation is actually not complete as the prototype I made in a separate file has more functionally than the iteration that I put in this release.  But I felt that it was time for another release just to try and keep myself consistent.  At some point I'm sure I'll improve and be able to make a more optimal inventory system, but for now this will work (I hope/think).

I also decided to remove some of the strafing animations.  This won't really effect anything in game as I reused some of the directions and just played them in reverse.  The result was a pretty big downsizing from the previous release and if I read the console correctly the game will use half a gig less in ram.  There is also the animations for the weapons that can be downsized too.  It would be kind of time consuming and tedious, but I'm really curious to see how much fat I can trim off this project.  Although it's not really a big deal for this prototype if it's optimized or not, I might and well get use to concerning myself with how much memory I'm eating up as I will be implementing more assets in the game I have in mind after this project.

I figured it's probably a good time to make a blog update.

My employment with my day job is still in limbo as the governments of the free world continue to carry out the will of the NWO. I think its been about a month now that I've been off the day job.  Thankfully I wasn't stupid and prepared for potential loss of job and income. Still I'd be lying if I stated I wasn't a little concerned.

 

Anyway, on to game dev related stuff...

Progress on PMW is going relatively smoothly, I honestly didn't realize that I learned so much during the on and off development training that I did throughout the years.

The last update brought up the game to v3.0 (since I don't have a clear goal with this prototype I'm using whole numbers for each version). This release added quite a bit of animation, and size to the game. Full animation was added for a shotgun and machinegun, along with logic and functionality in game.  I had to create an entirely new set of animations to accommodate the different style of grip the machinegun uses.  I'll have to think of a way to lower the bulk when I work on the actual game.  For now I'm not going to worry about it as changing all those frames of animation and animation logic files in Godot would take 'forever', and I pretty much have most of the memory intense resources I need to get an MVP done.

Currently I'm working on the in game menu, which boils down to working on an inventory and other options that will need their own working systems. So far I got the options menu working with methods to end the game or go back to the main menu. Invoking the menu will also pause the game (Godot makes this easy thankfully). The loading screens needed to be reworked, but I've managed to fix the bugs and now there is good transition between the main menu and the game area.

I'm going to take a bit more time and try to get the inventory working for what I have in mind. I did find tutorials and demo projects that have solutions I could use, but what I really want is something that works like Tetris. While I don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth, some of the tutorials and demo projects are really not designed for learners and have a lack of commentary in the code to tell the person learning what each function or variable does. Thankfully I found a Tetris tutorial series on YouTube by a guy that goes by the handle GDScript Dude. I'm hoping to be smart enough to re-purpose this into an inventory system when I'm done doing the tutorial.

No I'm not from the USA (though I would love to move to Florida at the moment), this is just the one of the first thing that came to mind when I thought about describing my situation.

Regardless I'm making the most of my time.

So I've been busy working on the title I mentioned last time.

 

Right now it's just in a very rudimentary prototype stage and I think I went overboard with the sprite size, because the game runs like shit on my laptop <-this is a potato. I think I may have to re-size the sprites or find some way to optimize how the game runs because at this rate only people with relatively modern machines with a decent amount of power will be able to run it and that's generally a bad thing.

I've uploaded it to Itch and GameJolt, just to get use to uploading projects. Maybe somebody will even like it.

I've done some refining since I release it, but will wait till I have enough to warrant another upload.

When Tyranny Becomes Law, Resistance Becomes Duty.

So it's official. I have been sent home without pay, early at that, for my 'belligerence' in failing to fill out a forum to disclose my medical information (that they had no right to ask in the first place).

As mentioned in the previous post I'll be dedicating my time to game dev.

I'll keep my eye open for group legal challenges related to this, and possibly join one or start my own. Since this is affecting a lot of people I would not be surprised if I end up grieving this as a group. It's also possible that they will back down a week or two later.

Either way I'm happy with myself for standing up for my rights.

When 99% Just Isn't Enough

Hello, it has been a while. No I'm not dead, and my (physical) health is typical.

The last two weeks have been a roller-coaster of outright threats and coercion when it comes to employment. Governments around the world have served their ultimatums to the working class. It started with the Federal workers and then oozed down into the Provencal and finally is seeping into the private. There is also a hard push to install a vax passport system, which is obviously a Trojan horse to normalize a social credit system, similar to what China has done in some localities.

While I'm not against people getting any kind of medial procedure they want, even assisted suicide. I draw the line to compulsory medical intervention of any sort, even if it's promoted to be for everyone's benefit. I have a lot to say on what I think about Vaxxines, but I don't feel like getting into it at the moment. The only thing I'll say is, that this is an outrageous overreach on personal freedoms for a threat that is less than one percent for most people, and only moderately dangerous for the older, but reasonably healthy population.

The week before last I was issued an ultimatum via email at work, take the vax or get the axe. Well, to be honest they are just threatening leave without pay as the worse and taking a compulsory workshop on the vax as the minimum. Seeing this as a blatant intrusion on my fundamental rights and freedoms, I opted for neither choice and declined to even fill out the mandatory forum, as I saw it as inappropriate to even ask people for their medical information, yet alone demand it.

I will not take the knee. If this means my dismissal, so be it.

This is a battle I will not run from. Thankfully I'm in a position to resist this tyranny. I have a small nest egg that I can fall back on and should be able to support myself for at lest 2 years, should I lose my income. I don't intend to let it get to that point and will likely work full-time on game dev and or get a part time job that is a little more open minded about the topic of disclosing personal medical information.

In Game dev news.

Several weeks back I released an isometric tile set.

The last project that I was working on suffered massive idea creep and now has been shelved (that game with the redhead). So I yet again reset my goals to try and devise a simpler concept.

So I've been working on another isometric, top down action adventure. This game will contain rogue-lite, dodge & shoot mechanics and a Diablo like loot system. I've decided to just focus on the combat for now. I've got the character controller done and damage mechanics. Enemy AI will be the thing I should work on next.

My plan is to have a very basic MVP and release it on itch.io at some point. And try incremental releases for at lest the prototype.

While development is up in the air at the moment as stress related to the above mentioned and the typical lack of energy and enthusiasm when I go back to the day job had drained my will to work on something during my off days. I still feel a subtle drive to continue working on this project when I feel up to it. I suspect I'll be back at it in due time.

All Hail Biden, Cheater and Traitor President Elect.

So Its finally happened, one of the worse case scenarios.

Biden cheater elect has finalized his usurpation of the seat of power. And with that, Whinnie the Pooh and the Klaus Schwab Cult have the platform and the perfect senile puppet to fuck us over once again. But with great enthusiasm this time! There was no heroic arrest of the treasonous administration or sensational event where all the citizenry, private militia groups and US military joined hands to tell the fraud Biden they would not follow his crooked party.

Fraudulent President Biden didn't waste any time tearing down all the good things Trump did in his 4 years. Canada can kiss the Keystone XL goodbye once again. The Paris accord has the US cash cow to milk off while China keeps pumping more carbon than anyone else without a care in the world. The rodent Fauci is back at his usual fear porn movie making. China will siphon more cash through the WHO now that Biden has reapplied for membership. Nation wide masks for thee but not for hypocritical politicians. Bucket loads of identity politics all-round! And a whole lot more is coming......

This may seem like a hopeless situation but I'll keep holding out a long as people are fighting. Thankfully Randy Hillier is keeping up the good fight and the whole p(l)andemic narrative is starting to crumble little by little. While this is more a Canadian initiative, I still feel this is a subtle sign that things are finally starting to swing in the other direction. Now that the fraudulent Biden administration is in they will be forced to dial back on the p(l)andemic bullshit as to not to smear Biden of the same crap paint they used to color Trump with. Things are also starting to take a turn here in Canadian politics as Castro's Bitch Son's misdeeds are now starting to be leveraged against him once again.

While this loss is catastrophic, I like to look at this like an “Empire Strikes Back” moment. We are down but not out. Now that the election is over with we can put all our focus into ending this fraudulent pandemic and then focus on its instigators and supporters.

If there is one very good thing I can say about this situation, is that a lot more people are awake now, and they are not going back to sleep anytime soon. They may have taken Trump out of the pilot seat, but now people are starting to realize what kind of cancer has been eating the prosperity of the free world for so long. Populism has been unleashed and it won't go back to sleep until the tree of liberty is vibrant once again.

Regardless of how future events play out, this is a dark day for democracy.

So the curtain fell this week on the certifying of the next American president. Beijing Biden is set to take the pilot seat on the 20^th.

Trump went though all the legal processes available only to have all his cases dropped for technical reasons.

I wouldn't call myself a Trump supporter by any means, but I do believe that he is doing his best for America and was given a really unfair portrayal by the bias, corrupt, fake news propaganda machine we call Main Stream Media.

This whole p(l)andemic has shown me all the shit that was in plain sight but was covered by a rosy sent. There is no doubt in my mind now who is committing Crimes Against Humanity.

Here in Canada we are facing a curfew in some province's, for our own good of course. It's plainly apparent that we are being herded off to our doom. The powers that be are intent on grinding us beneath their boot heels.

During Christmas break several of our dictators went to various warm vacation hot spots wile we freeze and starve during martial lockdown. There are not words to describe how appalling this is. The police seem to be mindlessly following along too.

It is apparent that our court system is either complicit or complacent in all this and we can't count on them to do right by the Constitution. The looming threat of mandatory vaccination is getting ever closer.

As the saying goes it's darkest before the dawn, and I have to say it's pretty damn dark right now. If there was a silver lining in all this, there is a rumor going around that during the massive protest on the 6^th a certain laptop was taken from the capitol building. The rumor also states that people working for/under Trump seized it.

Although it's an interesting theory, I won't be holding my breath. Even if it is true, Canada may still just do it's own thing. One thing is certain, it's very dark time for democracy.

Is it Wrong to Think the Spanish Flu Didn't Happen?

This is not a new revelation for me, but I came to the conclusion that the Spanish Flu didn't happen the way it was advertised.

I look at the MSM reports on Covid19 and thought to myself, “what happened if all the comments on the 'news' videos just disappeared?” In a hundred years from now could you find any witness that could tell people how it was? It's hard enough to make people believe right now that there is no pandemic. Imagine if you go 100 years into the future and try to find someone that actually was not bias and went out to confirm if the news articles were being accurate.

But what about the photos and journals? We have photos too for Covid19 that would make anyone in the future question any 'flat earthier' that came along and stated that Covid19 was a hoax. As for the journals, I'm sure many people have written epic tales about their struggle with Covid19. The MSM seems to dig up a quack whenever they need to reinforce their fear porn.

Somehow I'm getting more and more skeptical about these mass death events in history. I imagine that people did die, maybe they died en-mass. The Spanish flu happened at the end of WW1. I would not be surprised if people died of starvation related problems. As for the Black Plague, I think there must have been other factors such as starvation that played a role. For some reason I can't help but shake this feeling that people died of poisoning/chemical weapons.

Unfortunately I don't know the answer, I didn't live that time period. The only thing that I am certain on is Covid19 is bullshit.

8 Outrageous Ideas From A Rich Boy That Never Had To Struggle A Single Day In His Life.

So in my last rant I mentioned Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum.  They (I'm going to assume Klaus) came out with a video titled '8 predictions for the world in 2030' back in 2016.  This video is hilarious as it's obvious Klaus has never had to lift heavy loads to ensure he has food on his plate.  And if he did, he obviously forgotten what poverty taste like.  Anyway, I will be reviewing this video today.

 

"You'll own nothing. And you'll be happy"

Sorry, but natural law dictates those that have no firm ownership over their possessions are easily manipulated by those that do.  No ownership means you have no grounding anywhere and no investment in any place.

This would essentially render you as a nomad, forever.

Furthermore I'm pretty sure Klaus and other rich people would find a way to perpetually 'rent' their possessions to themselves for the rest of their life.

This would just breed the worse type of hypocrisy.  The minuet that you want to be creative, you would quickly find the limits of this inane model.  I would be miserable in a society like this.

 

1. Whatever you want you'll rent  And it'll be delivered by drone

As I said in the summery, this shows Klaus has more than likely never had to worry about financial insecurity in his whole life.  I rent a house, not out of choice but necessity.  A few years back I faced the very real possibility of eviction (due to technicality, not because I didn't pay rent).  I got it sorted out but that event was an eye opener for me.  I started thinking to myself "what if the landlord decided to renovict me?"  There is barely any vacancy here, loosing this place all of a sudden would be a disaster.

And lets get back to the personal agency argument, what would happen if the rental person/body/agency decided to flap a particular political wing?  Could they remain impartial?  What kind of consumer protection would there be?  Would they be allowed to just screw everyone over at their own whims?  Dose this governing body 'own' the stuff they rent out?  Who gets to decide what they can rent out?  Can I fix the property I rent?  Can I customize it?  If I make personal modifications so I can actually use the item, will it be considered vandalism?  If I break or damage an item I'm renting do I have to pay a premium?  What about underwear?  Do I own at lest that?  Or do I have to return the rented underwear at the whims of the rental body?  How many rental body's will there be?  Or will I just be stuck renting from the same rental body that has the monopoly?

I could write an entire book on questions related to this topic.  But there is really no point as it all comes down to this: if you have no right to own property, you are just a slave to those that can.

2.  The US won't be the world's leading superpower.  A handful of countries will dominate

While the US has a lot of bargaining power, I don't think their reach is as absolute as it is made out to be.  Don't really understand where they are going with this statement.

3. You won't die waiting for an organ donor.  We won't transplant organs.  We'll print new ones instead.

Yes....  I'm sure you will print them straight from the inter...  I mean covid isolation centers!  We'll call it the ChiNa organ relocation initiative!  Oh and I suppose we'll have to rent those too, right?  And if we fail to make the payments dose the repo-man come at us like in a cheesy horror movie?

I have my doubts that we will be 'printing' organs in the next ten years.

4.You'll eat much less meat.  An occasional treat, not a staple.  For the good of the environment and our health

You seriously want to start a war, right?  I don't care how apathetic people have been during this bullshit plandemic.  Take away their meat and blood will be spilled.

I don't understand how they think they can get around to doing this.  Meat alternatives haven't exactly taken off in popularity.  There is also the problem of pricing and availability.  A few years back I was interested in trying out the cricket flower.  But could not find any, and I'm pretty sure I would have been turned away by the price.  While I imagine we will be getting more alternatives as we get to 2030, I don't see these alternatives becoming the new 'staple' any time soon.

A billion people MAY be displaced by plandemic made food shortages, wars and maybe some unfavorable weather changes.  Refugees WILL have to do a better job of integrating into the culture that graciously saved them from the problems of THEIR home country.

With that said, I say we house the first refugees, the ones that have the hardest time integrating, in Klauss' mansions.  He's so for it after all!   So why shouldn't he volunteer to be first?  Lead by example!

This is stupid.  Companies are already held accountable if they pollute.  Any pollution is a problem for that country to solve.  Having a 'Global' tax is nothing more than extortion.

If you really want to 'help make fossil fuels history', you can start by making electric vehicles that are cost effective for everyone and are equally robust as their petrol counterparts in both reliability and longevity.  Do NOT focus on public transit, it never works due to logistics and reliability issues.

Maybe if some people in positions of power stopped agitating the situation and muting people they don't agree with things in the western world would calm down a bit.  As for checks and balances, we'll find out pretty soon if people want to baah like sheep or stand like humans.  I'm betting humans will ultimately fight to be human when it comes down to it.

2020 The Great Battle Between Collectivism And Individualism.

So the end game is next week, and the race to be the next/returning leader of America will finally conclude (Thank Fuck).

I think everyone has become involved at this point as I stated in my last political post I don't believe that all the lockdown bullshit is a coincidence. I find myself being drawn in due to the fact that I can't escape all the Nazi mandates that the Canadian Govt has imposed on me.

On one side you have Trump that is being shifty as ever and says one thing and says something else the next day. Most of his fan base would probably say that he is just playing 4D chess, but I would prefer if his words were a little more grounded.

On the other side you have Biden, someone that should probably be in a retirement home. Though he seems to do his fair share of flip-flopping, his message is pretty clear: Mask = Good. Lockdown = Good. Fear and hide in your basement waiting for others to 'help' you = Great. We'll “Build Back Better”!

Naturally I want Biden to loose. I care not if Trump wins, I just want Biden to not be in power. He and his campaign represents everything wrong with the current modern mentality.

I find it disturbing that he is using the same 'Build Back Better' slogan as Boris Johnson and the United Nations.  It comes off as a Globalist battle cry.

My hope is Covid will suddenly not be a thing after the election, because if it isn't, we are in a whole lot of trouble.....

New Zealand has reelected the wicked witch that thought it was funny to have people locked up and forced to get tested and vaccinated at her whims, among other draconianly unconstitutional legislation. I feel the majority in New Zealand have forgotten that they are suppose to raise sheep and not be sheep.

The Ontario Govt had put forth a bill called 'Bill 218, Supporting Ontario's Recovery and Municipal Elections Act, 2020'. While it sounds flashy and nice, it essentially just lets the Govt get out of all the shit that they pulled for free by banning lawsuits for anything and everything Covid 19 related.

The pure cowardice of this government is disgusting. I think the Nazi's had more conviction than this. Just the audacity to even try to pass something like this is the epitome of unconstitutional.

The only positive thing about this I can see is that it sort of foreshadows the plandemic farce is coming to an end and the rats are trying to bail and make a getaway. Thankfully we have an independent MPP here in Canada called Randy Hillier. He has been asking all the right questions and I doubt he is going to let this bill pass without argument.

Regardless of the outcome, this is another black mark on the character of Doug (Cheese cake) Ford. I suspect next week and maybe even later we will see a lot of people sell out their 'comrades'. Somebody will take responsibility for all of this.

Speaking of responsibility, I have the itching suspicion that a few rich people are going to be, be made the villains in all of this. I can see George Soros, Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab becoming the fall guys for all of this. No doubt that they played roles in this whole scenario, but I suspect they will be taking the fall for everything, even things that may or may not be related to their actions.

I don't know what is going to happen next week, but I hope it comes to an end and all the other bullshit along with it, or at lest most of it.  Personally I'm going to refer to this moment in history as WW3.
